How long does it take to create a sprite?
It mostly depends on your order type and size.
The estimated time will be available when I will receive clear description, size and amount of animations (if applicable).

What is the price of your service?
If you like to know the precise price for requested sprite, please fill out the "Price request form" that can be found in the menu bar on top of the website. Also you can see some of estimated prices there.
How to order a sprite?
To order a sprite, go to "Order" and carefully read and fill out the form with correct information. Once completed, I will send a payment request on the PayPal email provided on the filled form. As soon as the payment take place, I will contact you to inform that I have started working on your order and will specify the time in which it will be done as well as method of delivering the sprite.
Can I issue a refund?
You can get fully refunded in couple scenarios:
1. The work you have received does not match your description.
2. The work you have received is in your opinion in poor quality (misshape, colours does not look natural)
3. The work has been delivered more than 7 days after the deadline or has not been delivered at all.
4. When I inform you I will not be able to complete the work for any reason.
Can you join my project?

Is the website fully completed?
No, this is an early stage of what I am planning to achieve and I will work on it daily with your suggestions on what to add or what to change. On the other hand everything that is essential is already placed on the site and I hope you will get most out of it.
